Thus maintaining a healthy lifestyle can often take a backseat in the pursuit of managing or even starting a business. In this pursuit, it's crucial to prioritize well-being in order to sustain the energy needed for a demanding schedule.

For example, throughout my busy schedule, I have a reminder text alarm set which reminders me to stand up, walk to the bathroom or stretch. Just this reminder, significantly helps in not only prioritizing my wellness, but in reducing any stress which might occur.

Time is often the greatest factor for the busy entrepreneur or boss woman and exercise. Did you know that just doing a 20-minute workout can work wonders for your mind, body and soul. Opting for a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) , a quick targeted workout or walk is a doable option. A 20-minute session can be as effective as a longer one. Incorporate activities you can enjoy to. make exercise a stress -relief outlet.
